What is it
This is a guided body + wardrobe reset from wherever you are. We slow everything down and focus on how your body is currently being supported or restricted through what you wear every day.
In this session, we:

• identify what your body has been craving (comfort, structure, softness, ease)
• map how your clothing is impacting your physical and emotional state
• explore which fabrics and silhouettes your body naturally responds to
• define what a true “reset” looks like for you specifically

You leave with clear, practical direction on what to shift, what to introduce, and what no longer supports your body.
