  • Private Rental (3-hour minimum)

    Exclusive use of both the event space and the retail floor for the duration of your event. Ideal for intimate celebrations, brand events, and gatherings that deserve full exclusivity.

Is parking available?

There is paid parking available along the nearby streets, as well as a parking garage 1 block away on the corner of Davis St. and Benson Ave.

How do I secure my date?

To secure your date, 50% of the total amount due is required as a deposit along with the signed agreement. This will confirm your event date.

What’s your alcohol policy?

We are BYOB friendly! Professional bartending services are available for an additional $75 per hour.

Do you allow outside catering?

Yes! Feel free to bring your own bites or catering services.

What additional services do you offer?

We also offer in-house event & decor planning, a Fabric Sensory Bar activation, stationery services, customized trousseau building experiences, and more.

What are your decor guidelines?

You are welcome to bring in any decor!
Please note:
No taping, pinning, or adhering anything to the walls

  • No nails, command strips, or wall attachments
  • Candles must be contained or enclosed in glass, and may not be placed on the floor, near product, or any other flammable materials.
  • Confetti, glitter, and sparklers are not permitted

Can the store merchandise be removed from the racks?

For full private buyout events only. The product may be removed from racks for a $500 removal fee. All items must be handled by the Bella Otér team.

What types of events can I host at Otér Living?

Bridal showers, Birthday Parties, Bachelorette gatherings, Trousseau parties, Book launches, Wellness events & panels, Networking socials, Club meetings, Brand activations, and Intimate celebrations are all welcome!
